Leading in Wild Times
The Coherence Cohort

A strategic circle for small, purpose-led organisations navigating transition,
growth and socially innovative work.

Many regenerative organisations are carrying out work that is visionary, necessary and ahead of its time. Yet they often lack the clarity, capacity or social licence needed to land their ideas in the world.

The Coherence Cohort offers a supportive, practical and relational space to stabilise, strengthen and step confidently into your organisation’s next chapter.

Why This Cohort Exists

Most regenerative organisations and CICs are carrying work that is ahead of its time, visionary, relational, community-rooted, and often deeply needed.

But the world around them isn’t always ready.

This is where the struggle begins.

You may find yourself:

  • navigating transition, scaling or restructuring

  • holding ideas the world doesn’t yet understand

  • juggling community, funders and partners

  • working with limited resources but huge expectations

  • overwhelmed by strategy, governance or narrative

  • moving faster than your foundations can support

It’s not the idea that needs fixing; it’s the ecosystem around the idea that needs tending.

The Coherence Cohort exists to help you build the clarity, relationships, narrative and legitimacy needed for your work to take root fully.

A Trusted Peer Network

One of the greatest benefits of this cohort is the relationships that form between organisations. You’ll be part of a small, supportive network of leaders navigating similar thresholds.

A group that understands the realities of holding socially innovative, community-rooted or regenerative work.

Field Holding Between Sessions

Between our monthly circles, I hold the “field” of the cohort,  tracking themes, noticing patterns, sensing what might be emerging for the group and for individual organisations.
You’ll receive short reflective prompts, questions or insights designed to support your organisation’s clarity and coherence.

What You Can Expect To Gain

By the end of the three months, you’ll have:

  • clarity on your organisation’s phase and direction

  • a clear 6–12 month pathway

  • stronger governance and communication rhythms

  • improved strategic coherence

  • a more fundable narrative and plan

  • reduced overwhelm and a sense of shared holding

  • confidence in how to build legitimacy for socially innovative work

  • a peer network for ongoing support

This is practical, relational leadership for organisations leading in wild times.

Presented by Louise-Marlena Tarrier
Founder of She Changes

I bring a unique blend of:

  • CFO, CEO & Director experience. Strategy, governance, finance and organisational development.

  • Transpersonal training & sacred space holding relational depth, threshold work, mythic awareness.

  • Regenerative and systems thinking weaving funders, partners and communities.

  • Experience birthing alongside others, three socially innovative organisations: TreeSisters, Carbon Positive Australia, and The Sacred Birth Centre, Glastonbury.

My role is to be a strategic anchor, calm, clear and committed, as your organisation moves through complexity, identity shifts and emergence.

And at the centre of this work is always you: your vision, your values and the future you’re building.

FAQ'S

Q1: Who should attend from our organisation?
A: Ideally, a Director, Founder or key leadership figure who is close to strategy, funding and decision-making. In some cases, two people may share attendance.

Q2: How are the sessions delivered?
A: All sessions are held online via Zoom. If a cohort is co-located and there is appetite, we may explore in-person gatherings.

Q3: What if we can’t attend one of the group circles?
A: Sessions are not recorded for confidentiality reasons, but you’ll receive notes and can follow up with me directly.

Q4: Can we continue working together afterwards?
A: Yes. Some organisations move into a Strategic Partnership Retainer or commission additional 1:1 sessions or board work. There is no obligation to follow what feels right for your organisation.
