About Louise-Marlena Tarrier

Louise M (26).png

I work with moments of change.

Some are personal: a shift in identity, leadership, or life stage.
Others are collective: ecological, cultural, systemic.
Most are both.

For much of my professional life, I worked in the practical worlds of governance, finance, regeneration and community building. I led organisations, sat on boards, managed complexity, and helped ideas move from vision to form.

I understand systems, responsibility, and what it means to lead when the stakes are real.

But alongside this work, another thread was always present.

A deep listening to land and season.
A fascination with myth, story and the unseen forces that shape human lives.
An understanding that true change does not happen through strategy alone, but through meaning, relationship and timing.

Over time, these threads began to weave together.

Today, I describe my work as future weaving; supporting people and organisations to sense what is emerging, to let go of what no longer serves, and to step into forms of leadership that are rooted, relational and alive.

How I Work

My approach brings together:

  • regenerative leadership and governance experience

  • transpersonal psychology and systems thinking

  • myth, ritual and symbolic language

  • deep relationship with place, land and ecology

I work with people who are thoughtful, values-led and often ahead of their time.

So if you are a leader, changemaker or seeker who feels the pressure of these times and is looking for ways to respond that are both wise and humane.

This work happens through:

  • writing and long-form reflection

  • in-person and online gatherings

  • short courses and guided practices

  • sacred, intentional spaces for sense-making and reorientation

This is a place for those less  interested in quick fixes and more interested in coherence between inner life and outer action, vision and structure, intuition and responsibility.
