What does it mean to become an elder in a culture that offers so few pathways into elderhood?

Second Spring is a one-day workshop for women in midlife and beyond who are curious about the deeper possibilities that emerge after the years of striving, caregiving and becoming. Together we will explore the transitions that shape our lives, the wisdom that comes with lived experience, and the conditions that support a rooted, meaningful and vital elderhood.

Drawing on story, reflection, conversation and gentle ritual, we will consider what helps women step fully into this next season of life. What needs to be present—personally, relationally and collectively—for elderhood to flourish? How do we honour endings, welcome beginnings, and cultivate the wisdom that this threshold invites?
