I work at the meeting point of strategy, organisational life, research and cultural change, bringing together more than three decades of experience in leadership, finance, governance and organisational development across the UK and Australia.
Through She Changes, I offer independent research, stakeholder enquiry and strategic advisory services to organisations navigating complexity, transition and change. My approach combines rigorous enquiry with practical organisational understanding, helping leaders look beyond immediate challenges, listen to perspectives that might otherwise be missed, and make more informed decisions about what comes next.
Whether exploring a complex question, reviewing an organisation's strategy and operating model, or seeking to understand the people and systems shaping its future, the work begins with curiosity, careful listening and an appreciation of the wider conditions in which change becomes possible.
Commissioned Research & Insights
Alongside my independent research, I undertake commissioned qualitative research for organisations that need a deeper understanding of people, communities, lived experience or emerging issues.
Projects can include stakeholder and community insight, programme learning and evaluation, exploratory research, lived-experience research and strategic insight.
The intention is always for the research to be useful, not simply interesting.
